I have been living on the Costa Blanca North  since 2007 and, having initially  put all my "artistic" energies into home improvement and creating my  garden (which are now finished), I have decided to continue with the artistic theme by learning techniques for oil painting.

I have been painting here now since October 2009  (My thanks to Jan Calderwood for her tuition and motivation over this period)  but, to be fair, I have painted before, but never had the time to pursue it properly. 

Now that I have the time and enthusiasm I'll give it a try and see how it goes?
